The Surface Pro 12-inch Display Bonding Frame is used in conjunction with weights to apply the screen assembly to the device to ensure proper adhesion. The frame also comes with a piece of 12″ x 12″ 3/8″ thick EVA foam, which the device should be placed on during repair.
