Description
Replace a dirty, corroded, or damaged lightning connector, a torn flex cable, or a damaged home button switch in a 6th generation iPod touch. Replacing this part requires soldering.
There is no guide at this time for replacing the iPod Touch Gen 6 lightning connector and headphone jack. This is a very difficult repair requiring a temperature controlled soldering iron and a great degree of care. Previous experience with soldering logic board components is recommended.
The loudspeaker is not included.
